## Description

Are you ready to take ownership of mission-critical IT systems and make a real impact? We're looking for a skilled System Administrator (SA) 3 to join our team in Columbia providing hands-on support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems that keep our clients' operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

 * Manage IT system infrastructure and all related processes
 * Support day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution across client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices
 * Provide Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
 * Escalate and communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers
 * Support the dispatch system and hardware problem resolution process from start to finish
 * Work with Container Technology, including:
*

 + Administering large software deployments on LINUX/UNIX systems
 + Administering clustered storage solutions (e.g., storage appliances, Ceph)
 + Managing Kubernetes-orchestrated containers
 + Using system configuration management software (e.g., Puppet, Ansible)
 + Overseeing change control processes
