## Description

* Moderation und Organisation der Scrum-Events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
 * Sicherstellung einer effizienten Durchführung der Scrum-Events sowie Unterstützung bei der strukturierten Verwaltung und Qualitätssicherung des Product Backlogs
 * Frühzeitige Identifizierung, Verfolgung und Beseitigung von Hindernissen sowie Eskalation nicht lösbarer Probleme an die zuständigen Stellen zur Sicherstellung der Sprint-Zielerreichung
 * Entwicklung, Strukturierung und Dokumentation von internen Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen sowie Unterstützung bei der Etablierung und Einführung von diesen innerhalb der Organisation
 * Förderung eines agilen Mindsets sowie der Selbstorganisation, Verantwortungsübernahme und transparenter Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams und gegenüber Stakeholdern
 * Planung, Durchführung und Moderation von Workshops mit agilen Methoden
