## Description

Zur Verstärkung unseres IT-Teams am Standort Cadolzburg suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere digitale Transformation aktiv mitgestaltet und gleichzeitig einen zuverlässigen IT-Betrieb, insbesondere in unserem Produktionsumfeld, sicherstellt., * Du betreust die IT-Hardware im technischen Unternehmensumfeld und übernimmst deren Installation, Umbau und Inbetriebnahme

 * Du bist im IT-Team eine zentrale Ansprechperson für bereichsübergreifende IT-Fragestellungen
 * Du koordinierst externe IT-Dienstleister und begleitest die technische Abstimmung sowie die Umsetzung vereinbarter Maßnahmen
 * Du überwachst geschäftskritische IT-Systeme und koordinierst bei Störungen die erforderlichen Eskalationsmaßnahmen
 * Du unterstützt IT-Projekte von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung
 * Du entwickelst bestehende IT-Systeme und digitale Lösungen kontinuierlich weiter
 * Du konfigurierst und wartest Hard- und Software sowie angeschlossene IT-Komponenten
 * Du organisierst und bearbeitest Supportanfragen und stellst eine nachvollziehbare Dokumentation sicher
 * Du analysierst unter anderem papierbasierte Abläufe und überführst sie gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen in effiziente digitale Prozesse
