## About the Role

Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are seeking a Workday-Certified Project Manager to lead and manage Workday deployments and ongoing client projects across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on project management experience focused specifically on Workday implementations , with a proven ability to oversee cross-functional teams, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure successful outcomes., * 5+ years of Workday project management experience , specifically managing Workday deployments (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, or Financials)

 * Workday certification is required (e.g., Workday PM, Workday HCM, or related)
 * Proven success managing cross-functional Workday teams and client-facing engagements
 * PMP certification preferred
 * Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
 * Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client communication skills (domestic & international)
 * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
 * Familiarity with project metrics, process documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma a plus)
 * Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) , Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.

## Description

This role offers the opportunity to define and drive delivery standards, develop scalable processes, and partner closely with clients and teams across the U.S. and India, all while playing a key role in our rapidly expanding Workday services practice, spanning implementation, optimization, and operational support., * Lead end-to-end Workday project delivery , including implementation planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management

 * Manage client communications, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle
 * Develop and manage detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all Workday-related deliverables
 * Identify project risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively
 * Coordinate between client teams and internal Workday consultants across functional and technical workstreams
 * Support post-deployment transition, knowledge transfer, and client stabilization
 * Ensure documentation and project artifacts meet compliance and quality standards
 * Lead internal and client-facing change management and process improvement initiatives
 * Collaborate across teams in the U.S. and India to support a seamless onshore-offshore delivery model
