## Description

* Wir bewerten und analysieren neue Projektanträge hinsichtlich strategischer Relevanz, Ressourcenbedarf und Wirtschaftlichkeit
 * Wir erstellen und pflegen Portfolio-Kennzahlen (KPIs) und berichten regelmäßig an die IT-Leitung sowie die Geschäftsführung
 * Wir beraten Fachbereiche und Projektleiter zu Projektplanung, Ressourceneinsatz und Risikomanagement
 * Wir identifizieren Abhängigkeiten, Engpässe und Risiken innerhalb des Portfolios und leiten daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab
 * Wir stellen die Einhaltung von IT-Governance, Prozessen und Qualitätsstandards sicher
 * Wir unterstützen bei der Einführung und Optimierung von Portfolio- und Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. Jira, MS Project, Clarity)
 * Wir fördern die Transparenz über laufende und geplante IT-Projekte, inklusive Status-, Kosten- und Terminübersicht
 * Wir wirken aktiv an strategischen IT-Initiativen mit, insbesondere in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Produktions-IT, ERP-Systeme und Automatisierung unserer Werftprozesse
