## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker oder vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung
 * Mindestens 1 Jahr praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Helpdesk sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows und Microsoft 365
 * Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
 * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich
 * Regelmäßige Präsenz in Walldorf erforderlich.

## Description

Du wirst Teil eines aktuell dreiköpfigen IT-Teams und arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Kollegen zusammen. Gemeinsam betreuen wir die Mitarbeitenden und unsere überwiegend auf Microsoft 365 basierende IT-Landschaft. Im Alltag setzen wir auf direkte Kommunikation, kurze Entscheidungswege und pragmatische Lösungen. Nach deiner Einarbeitung übernimmst du eigene Verantwortungsbereiche und bringst dich aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Infrastruktur ein. Neue Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschläge sind ausdrücklich willkommen und lassen sich meist schnell umsetzen.
Tätigkeiten

 * Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitenden bei allen IT-relevanten Fragestellungen
 * Eigenständige Bearbeitung von First- und Second-Level-Supportanfragen
 * Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
 * Einrichtung, Administration und Wartung von Clients, Notebooks und Peripheriegeräten
 * Benutzer-, Rechte- und Lizenzmanagement in unserer Microsoft-365-Umgebung
 * Mitarbeit bei der Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer internen IT-Infrastruktur
 * Umsetzung von Updates, Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und technischen Verbesserungen
Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten sowie Optimierung von Prozessen und Dokumentationen
