You'll partner with both business and technology teams to understand challenges, uncover opportunities, and deliver scalable reporting and analytics solutions that make an impact. If you're passionate about data architecture, business intelligence, and helping others leverage data more effectively, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career while influencing decisions across a dynamic retail organization., * Design, develop, and maintain Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) metadata objects, including schemas, cubes, attributes, hierarchies, metrics, prompts, filters, consolidations, and custom groups. * Architect and deliver certified enterprise reporting, dashboard, and decision support solutions that provide accurate and reliable data. * Partner with the Data Architecture team to ensure semantic layer and metadata solutions align with enterprise standards and best practices., * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs and translate them into scalable solutions. * Provide guidance, training, and best practices that help teams leverage self-service analytics tools effectively. * Help promote a data-driven culture by ensuring users have access to trusted and meaningful insights., * Serve as the primary technical owner for user inquiries, production support incidents, and enhancement requests. * Triage, prioritize, estimate, and drive work through successful resolution while balancing competing business priorities. * Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot data, performance, and application issues across reporting, metadata, and platform components.
