Education and Certification Requirements:

 * AWS/Azure/GCP Data certifications.

Clearance Requirements:

## Description

We are seeking a Data Engineer SME to provide strategic leadership and architectural direction for FEMA-wide data engineering initiatives, including enterprise data lakes, AI/ML pipelines, and modernization of data infrastructure., * Lead enterprise data architecture strategy.

 * Oversee cloud-native data platform design and governance.
 * Provide guidance on high-scale ingestion, streaming, and orchestration.
 * Support enterprise data governance councils and cross-agency initiatives.
 * Advise leadership on emerging technologies and modernization.
