## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional IT initiatives aligned to Pennant's mission and growth strategy. You will manage a portfolio spanning infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, operational improvement, and PMO maturity projects, from initiation to delivery. You contribute to advancing PMO governance, change management, and scalable IT practices across the organization. You will partner with IT leaders, business stakeholders, vendors, and acquisition teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes with meaningful impact. This is a chance to shape IT program execution and drive transformation in a healthcare-focused environment.
