 * Conduct Pega sizing and capacity planning to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.
 * Monitor and manage Pega applications to maintain stability, reliability, and performance standards.
 * Oversee Pega release management processes to ensure timely, accurate deployment of updates and enhancements.
