Qualifications & Experience * Previous experience in an Application Manager, Business Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar role. * Experience supporting ERP systems and other business-critical applications. * Experience working with third-party software suppliers and managing application support arrangements. * A degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related discipline is desirable but not essential. Equivalent professional experience will be considered. * Professional qualifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, ASL or BiSL are desirable. The role ensures that business systems remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose, while supporting operational efficiency and aligning with the wider Group IT strategy.
