## About the Role

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:

 * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field
 * Master's degree preferred
 * 5+ years in sales or account leadership roles with a strong record in new business acquisition and growth
 * Aviation MRO experience preferred
 * Fluency in English required
 * German, Spanish, or Portuguese desirable
 * Knowledge of aircraft component repair, overhaul, and commercial models within the Americas market
 * Expert skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools
 * Capable of giving technical presentations to various groups, including executive level
 * Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations (domestic and/or international) multiple times per month
 * Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.

## Description

* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the repair portfolio, working closely with Customer Success and Strategic Account Management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and value realization
 * Proactively shape solutions based on market needs, positioning Lufthansa Technik as a long-term strategic partner
 * Build long-term executive relationships with key customer decision-makers, leveraging insights from Customer Success and Strategic Account Management teams
 * Facilitate internal customer workshops or reviews to align strategy, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement across all customer-facing teams
 * Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to customer executives and internal leadership

 * All other duties as assigned or required
