## About the Role

We are seeking a Korean/English bilingual Tier 2 IT Helpdesk Technician with 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows environments., * Must be bilingual in Korean and English.

 * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
 * 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience.
 * Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Office, DNS, and DHCP.
 * Experience with remote support and ticketing systems.
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 * CompTIA or Microsoft certifications preferred.
 * VDI, MacOS, PowerShell, MDM, and ITIL experience are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

 * Supporting 500+ users in an IT service desk environment.
 * Experience with PowerShell, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
 * Experience with MDM, WDS, and disk imaging/cloning tools.

## Description

* Provide Tier 2 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
 * Troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory, including accounts, permissions, GPOs, and login issues.
 * Support Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
 * Handle Tier 1 escalations and work with Tier 3/infrastructure teams.
 * Manage user onboarding/offboarding and access rights.
 * Provide VIP and after-hours support when needed.
 * Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems.
 * Assist with software deployment, patching, and updates.
