 * Experience with integration and test of RADAR, SIGINT, or EW systems
 * Experience in reviewing C/C++ code, * Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, master's degree with 6 years of experience or Ph.D. with 4 years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
 * U.S Citizenship is required
 * A current/active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
 * Experience with MATLAB for Data Analysis
 * Domain experience in sensor simulations for RF sensors

## Description

As a lead Built-In-Test (BIT) Systems Engineer in support of the MLSS business Unit you will apply strong systems engineering knowledge and understanding across disciplines and work with the various systems, hardware, and software teams.

 * Verifying that BIT Mode functions and systems operate effectively, ensuring errors are captured, corrected, or compensated for without impacting sensor performance.
 * Derive BIT requirements
 * Design of the BIT and Fault Isolation/Detection mode(s)
 * Evaluating the effectiveness of modeling and analysis
 * Gaining a deep understanding of Sensors Hardware capabilities
 * Leading a team to develop and integrate software using C++ and Python
 * Define requirements to maintain system performance.
 * Verify embedded implementation of the BIT mode.
 * Produce publication-quality documentation and supporting Factory Test activities
 * Engaging in system integration and test activities, as well as providing field support.
