This role combines technical troubleshooting, software debugging, system integration, and customer communication to help resolve complex issues and improve product reliability. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting technical products, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and working cross-functionally with engineering teams. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with customers while contributing to software improvements, testing processes, and product development initiatives.
