This role is responsible for the operation, design, implementation, maintenance, and security of the district's computer network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Internet, network servers, voice and video systems, and related security services. The position also supervises network technical support and security staff and provides advanced troubleshooting with an emphasis on system reliability, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
