## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Kenntnisse in der Applikationsbetreuung (Incident-, Patch- und Change-Management) sowie sicherer Umgang mit ITSM-Tools und Ticketsystemen
 * Grundlegendes Verständnis für IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen und Datenschutzvorgaben (DSGVO)
 * Grundkenntnisse in Datenbanken (SQL) und Skripting sind von Vorteil
 * Erfahrung in der Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen
 * Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
 * Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse
 * Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Offenheit für neue Technologien
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens auf Sprachniveau C1)
 * Gute fachspezifische Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Konfiguration, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung moderner IT-Applikationen unter Sicherstellung von Zuverlässigkeit, Performance und Nutzerfreundlichkeit, wie z. B.:

 * Microsoft Teams
 * Projektmanagement-Tools Projektron BCS und Jira
 * Kundenportale und Apps
 * Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
 * Microsoft SharePoint
 * weitere Applikationen im Rahmen der digitalen Transformation

Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Umsetzung in technische IT-Lösungen

Unterstützung bei der Integration neuer Anwendungen sowie Mitwirkung an Prozessanalysen und digitalen Optimierungsvorhaben

Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Benutzer- und Berechtigungsstrukturen

Koordination externer Dienstleister und enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen

Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen

Mitwirkung an IT-Projekten zur Prozessautomatisierung und zum Einsatz neuer Technologien, insbesondere KI
