* Mehjährige Erfahrung in der SAP HCM Modulbetreuung oder SAP HCM Beratung mit fundierten Customizing Kenntnisse in der Personaladministration (PA), der deutschen Personalabrechnung (PY), Zeitwirtschaft (PT) und/oder Organisationsmanagement (OM)
 * Begeisterungsfähigkeit für neue Herausforderungen sowie Freunde daran, sich fachlich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln; wünschenswert sind ABAP Grundkenntnisse wie Code lesen und debuggen
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamorientierung mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise sowie einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein
 * Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene vergleichbare Ausbildung mit umfassenden SAP Erfahrungen; sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

 * Mitwirken bei SAP HCM Projekten über den kompletten Projektzyklus im SAP HCM Kontext
 * Anpassungen des SAP HCM Systems bzw. der SAP HCM Applikationen durch Customizing gemäß der gesetzlichen Anforderungen und Unternehmenserfordernissen
 * Erstellung von Programmiervorgaben für das SAP HCM Entwicklungsteam sowie Planung und Durchführung von Funktions-, Integrations- und User Acceptance Tests
 * Kompetentes Betreuen der SAP HCM Key User und Anwender sowie Planen und Durchführen von SAP HCM Schulungen sowie Übernahme des 2nd und 3rd Level SAP HCM Supports
