## Description

* Benutzerservice (First- und Second-Level-Support) für die eingesetzte Hard- und Software
 * Unterstützung der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter des Landkreises, der Außenstellen, der angeschlossenen Gemeinden und Schulen bei IT-Fragen und -Problemstellungen per Fernwartung und vor Ort an den Standorten
 * Pflege, Problemanalyse und -lösung der Clientumgebung in den Liegenschaften der Kreisverwaltung, sowie der Netzwerkumgebungen in Schulen
 * Installation und Wartung von Hardware, Betriebssystemen und Anwendungsprogrammen
 * Administration von mobilen Apple-Endgeräten im Bereich der Schul-IT, sowie modernen digitalen Tafeln auf Basis von Android und Windows
