* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
 * Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
 * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Strong communication skills for working with stakeholders at all levels., * Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Advantageous, but not essential.
 * Excellent advanced Excel skills.
 * Experience in a similar data-focused role within a fast-paced environment.

## Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team, working two and a half days per week, reporting directly to the Head of Innovation, Simon Perks. This role is critical in transforming data into meaningful insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will manage data collection, analysis, and reporting across multiple business areas, supporting process improvements and project delivery., * Data Collection & Management

 * Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (internal systems, reports, and external datasets).
 * Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records in line with company standards.
 * Analysis & Reporting
 * Analyse operational, financial, and project data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
 * Produce clear, concise reports and dashboards for stakeholders, including senior management.
 * Support KPI tracking and performance measurement for projects and processes.
 * Process Improvement
 * Work closely with the Process & Project Manager to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
 * Provide data-driven recommendations to improve workflows and resource allocation.
 * Collaboration
 * Liaise with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored insights.
 * Assist in project planning and monitoring through accurate data analysis.
