## About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Junior to join our growing IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their technical skills and build a successful career within a supportive and progressive environment.

Our IT team is made up of experienced and knowledgeable professionals who are passionate about technology and committed to providing an outstanding service across the business. You'll have the opportunity to learn from a skilled team while gaining hands-on experience supporting a wide range of systems, users, and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have some experience working in a professional business environment and a genuine interest in IT. You'll be someone who can work independently, manage your own workload, and deliver excellent support while working to deadlines.

 * First-line IT support and troubleshooting
 * Microsoft 365 administration and support
 * Networking fundamentals
 * Understanding OF AD and user account management
 * Basic knowledge of RMM tool and endpoint management

Experience with SQL would be desirable, but not essential. We are looking for someone with the right approach, willingness to learn, and the ability to develop their technical knowledge., * Knowledge of CCH software would be advantageous.

 * Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
 * A relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience would be beneficial.

## Description

* Provide first-line IT support to over 250 users across the business.
 * Assist end-users with hardware, software, and network-related issues.
 * Communicate effectively with colleagues, users, and external IT suppliers to ensure a high level of service is delivered.
 * Carry out routine maintenance on desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
 * Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support requests, and resolutions.
 * Monitor system performance and escalate issues or anomalies to senior IT team members.
 * Support wider IT projects and improvements as required.
