Strong knowledge of Change Control, governance, baseline management and project controls. Understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS), risk and commercial processes. Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills. The ability to influence and collaborate across large, complex organisations. Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience. Desirable Experience Major infrastructure, engineering or construction projects. Managing change against approved baselines. Contract administration and commercial processes. Power BI or similar reporting tools. Project Controls software and programme reporting. ## Description Reporting to the Baseline & Change Lead , you'll be responsible for supporting and facilitating the Change Management process, ensuring programme scope, schedule, cost and forecasts remain aligned with approved changes., Managing and facilitating the Change Control and governance process. Supporting Investment Change Committee (ICC) meetings and decision-making. Managing programme baselines and ensuring approved changes are implemented accurately. Reviewing and challenging change proposals, assessing impacts on scope, cost, schedule and risk. Producing high-quality reporting and management information. Advising Project Managers, Change Owners and Supply Chain teams on change governance.
