## About the Role

* M.Sc or Ph.D. qualification in computer science or a related field.
 * Proven experience of at least two years in AI, Machine Learning and Generative AI, hands-on experience with Large Language Models and GenAI development.

 * Good research track record and publications in top-tier conferences and journals (at least one publication in conference s like AAAI, ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, EMNLP).
 * Experience in leading research projects with tangible outcomes.
 * Experience in offensive cybersecurity, particularly in AI security, vulnerability assessment, and ethical hacking (advantage).
 * Hands-on proven experience with developing and securing agentic AI applications (advantage).
 * Proven experience in adapting LLMs for business use cases and tasks such as LLM alignment and fine-tuning (advantage).
 * Proven experience in securing generative AI applications (advantage).
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
