## About the Role

Mandatory

 * Experience in Desktop Support, Deskside Support, IT Support, or EUC environments.
 * Experience with ServiceNow ticket management.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
 * Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
 * Fluent English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

 * Experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
 * Windows 11 imaging and deployment experience.
 * Asset and inventory management experience.

## Description

* Provide on-site deskside support to end users.
 * Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow.
 * Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
 * Support Windows devices, laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
 * Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications.
 * Perform hardware replacements and device upgrades.
 * Support Windows 11 deployments and imaging activities.
 * Manage inventory, asset tracking, and hardware requests.
 * Coordinate equipment shipments and vendor deliveries.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
