This isn't just task execution - you'll need to understand how our workflows are built well enough to catch problems, keep things running smoothly, and flag or fix issues before they affect agents or clients. This is an ongoing engagement built around a flat monthly retainer, not hourly billing, so consistency and follow-through matter more than clocked hours. The first 60-90 days will serve as a working trial period to confirm fit and scope before the engagement becomes long-term. Strong, consistent communication is essential for this role. You should be reachable and responsive throughout the day - this isn't a role where you disappear for stretches and check in once a day. If something breaks or a question comes up, we need to be able to reach you and get a timely response.
