You'll support the full technical lifecycle - from technical discovery, capability demonstrations, and proofs of value through deployment, integration, configuration, and ongoing operation of the platform in customer environments. The role has a strong emphasis on on-premises infrastructure and requires the ability to operate independently within classified customer environments. You'll work closely with customer technical stakeholders as well as Chainalysis product and engineering teams, translating customer needs and operational feedback into technical solutions and product direction. The ideal candidate is an experienced systems or solutions engineer with strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, an ownership mindset, and the ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor to both operators and executives. Please note that this role requires you to be physically on-site with the customer in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area (WMA) on an as-needed basis.
