The role is responsible for end-to-end product and technical ownership of 2-3 digital products in parallel, primarily within Warranty & Quality, with the potential to also support products in other business domains over time. The Technical Product Owner ensures clear product direction, architectural and data consistency, and alignment between business objectives and technical execution across applications, data pipelines, integrations, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities. This position represents a shift from project-centric delivery to sustainable, product-centric ownership within Digital Solutions. The TPO works in close collaboration with business stakeholders, Solution Architecture, platform teams, and delivery roles to maximize long-term business value, ensure scalable solutions, and enable reliable execution. Depending on team setup and product maturity, the role requires flexibility to support Scrum facilitation and selected delivery-focused activities, enabling lean governance, fast decision-making, and predictable outcomes across multiple concurrent delivery streams.
