Experience with AWS Cloud computing is preferred. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience coding in Stata, R, or SAS at an advanced or expert level, including experience building reproducible workflows, automating analyses, and optimizing performance for large datasets. Familiarity with Stata is preferred. A strong background in health economics, epidemiology, public health, applied statistics, or a related field is required., Master's degree in health economics, epidemiology, public health, applied statistics, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience coding in Stata, R, or SAS at an advanced or expert level, including experience building reproducible workflows, automating analyses, and optimizing performance for large datasets. Familiarity with Stata is preferred. Experience working with medical records and/or data from the Military Health System (MHS) is desired., Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic. ## Description The Data Analyst III supports operations and conducts data analytics projects to provide information and insights for decision-making or solution development. Implements data standards and deploys automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from different sources and transform data into usable metrics., Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Designs and implements automated data pipelines and ETL processes to streamline data collection and integration from multiple sources. Executes complex statistical analyses and machine learning algorithms to derive actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives. Collaborates with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and ensure scalability and reliability of analytics solutions. Leads the creation of interactive dashboards and personalized reports for various business units, utilizing advanced data visualization tools. Formulates and implements data analytics policies and standards to ensure consistency and accuracy across all organizational data activities. Evaluates and adopts emerging analytical tools and technologies to continually advance the organization's analytical capabilities. Utilizes scripting and querying tools like Python, R, or SQL, data visualization/BI tools, statistical methods, and data modeling to produce reports, data files, and dashboards.
