The role works with business and technical teams to maintain and improve data processes related to policy administration, underwriting, claims, cancellations, and reporting., 1. Write, review, optimize and maintain complex SQL, PL/SQL code supporting insurance contract administration, cancellations, claims and reporting 2. Analyze existing code, data flows, and business logic to identify defects, improvement opportunities, and performance bottlenecks. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate complex or recurring issues as appropriate. 4. Support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT activities, including analysis and timely resolution of identified issues. 5.
