## Description

In Ihrem neuen Job als Mitarbeiter im Onsite IT Techniker (m/w/d) - Sie:

 * administrieren und pflegen das Active Directory
 * bearbeiten eingehende Störungen über das Ticketsystem und per E-Mail im Service Desk
 * wenden Erstlösungsstrategien im Service Desk Level 1 und 2 an
 * beheben Fehler und führen das anschließende Follow up durch
 * pflegen die Dokumentation für alle relevanten Arbeitsprozesse
 * weisen die Anwender in die Nutzung von Software ein und vermitteln die Anwendung
