 * Sicherheit im funktionalen Customizing: Du bist sicher im funktionalen Customizing von Dynamics 365 CE. Dataverse, Flows, Sicherheitsmodelle, Datenstrukturen und modellgetriebene Apps sind dir vertraut.
 * Beratungskompetenz in Kundenprojekten: Du hast Workshops moderiert, Anforderungen strukturiert und Lösungsdesigns entwickelt. Dabei kommunizierst du klar, verbindlich und lösungsorientiert mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern.
 * Verständnis für Integrationen: Du kennst typische Integrationsszenarien im Dynamics-365-Umfeld, zum Beispiel zu ERP-Systemen, Portalen, Contact-Center-Lösungen oder weiteren Drittsystemen.
 * Umgang mit KI & neuen Technologien: Du bist vertraut mit KI-Lösungen, nutzt sie aktiv in deinem täglichen Arbeiten und bist offen für neue Tools und Methoden.
