 * Fundierte Erfahrung mit datengetriebenen Web-Anwendungen, insbesondere Databricks Apps, sowie deren sicherer und skalierbarer Konzeption, Bereitstellung und Betrieb auf der Plattform
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Lakeflow Declarative Pipelines, Infrastructure as Code und Terraform sowie Fähigkeit zur Gestaltung einfach nutzbarer und wartbarer technischer Standards
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python, Spark/PySpark und SQL sowie fundierte Erfahrung mit Delta Lake, Lakehouse-Architekturen und verteiltem Rechnen auf Databricks
 * Erfahrung mit Power BI, Databricks Dashboards, Microsoft Fabric oder vergleichbaren Analytics- und Reporting-Werkzeugen sowie Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel von Datenprodukten, Berechtigungen, Deployment-Prozessen und produktionsnahen Nutzungsszenarien

 * Gestaltung technischer Standards für Entwicklung, Deployment, Berechtigungen, Betrieb und Dokumentation mit Fokus auf einfache Nutzbarkeit und Wartbarkeit
 * Umsetzung von Best Practices für Automatisierung, CI/CD, Qualitätssicherung und Data Governance sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der erforderlichen technischen Bausteine
