 * Vor-Ort-Support in Siegburg und an unseren weiteren Standorten
 * Einrichtung, Wartung und Austausch von PCs, Notebooks, Druckern und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege von Hard- und Software
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und Endgeräten
 * Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und Softwareanbietern
 * Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen und Supportfällen
 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten sowie der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur
