 * Erfahrung bei der Erstellung von S/W-Entwicklungsangeboten und Aufwandsabschätzung\n
 * Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Begleitung von organisatorischen und technologischen Veränderungen\n
 * Erfahrung aus dem Bereich Electronic Warfare Systems vorteilhaft\n

## Description

Die Abteilung Air SIGINT Software Backend & Delivery ist verantwortlich für sämtliche Software-Engineering Aktivitäten der Backend Software sowie für die Aktivitäten im Themenfeld CI/CD für unsere Airborne SIGINT Systeme.

 * Disziplinarische, fachliche und organisatorische Leitung einer Softwareentwicklungsabteilung\n
 * Planung und Durchführung von Entwicklungsleistungen im abgestimmten Qualitäts-, Zeit- und Kostenrahmen\n
 * Weiterentwicklung und fortlaufende Optimierung der (Software-) Entwicklungsprozesse und Softwarearchitekturen unter Berücksichtigung moderner Methoden und Standards\n
 * Sicherstellung der Flexibilität und der Wiederverwendbarkeit (Re-Use) der Tools und der Softwarekomponenten\n
 * Führung und individuelle Förderung / Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter\n
 * Erstellung und Festlegung der Budget-, Personal- und Ressourcenplanung für den Verantwortungsbereich\n
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Softwareentwicklungsprozesse und der Qualitätsstandards (mit Bezug auf die luftfahrtrechtliche Zulassung)\n
