Sicherer Umgang mit IT-gestützten Kontrollmechanismen, Datenmanagement und Access-Governance
Verständnis für ERP-Systeme und deren Nutzung zur Abbildung regulatorischer Anforderungen
Erfahrung mit Datenanalysen, Reporting oder Monitoring-Lösungen von Vorteil
Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines Continuous Compliance Monitorings für relevante Systeme und Prozesse
Entwicklung von Reports, Kennzahlen und Dashboards zur Überwachung von Compliance-Risiken und Prozessqualität
Implementierung und Überwachung IT-gestützter Kontrollmechanismen und Prozessstandards
Analyse und Verbesserung der Datenqualität in compliance-relevanten Stammdaten und Prozessen
Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung von Berechtigungs- und Access-Governance-Konzepten
Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Initiierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Unterstützung bei Audits und Beantwortung IT-bezogener Compliance-Anforderungen
Zusammenarbeit mit Compliance, IT, Fachbereichen und internationalen Stakeholdern
