## About the Role

We're looking for someone who has:

· Previous experience in a helpdesk, service desk or customer service environment.

· Excellent communication and organisational skills.

· Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with experience using CAFM or service management systems desirable.

· The ability to prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure.

· A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.

## Description

· Receive and log maintenance requests via phone, email and client portals.

· Prioritise and allocate jobs to engineers and subcontractors.

· Coordinate engineer diaries and schedule planned maintenance visits.

· Keep customers updated on the progress of reactive works.

· Maintain accurate records within our CAFM system.

· Monitor service delivery against agreed SLA targets.

· Support the wider operations team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and safely.
