You don't just send the chart. You call the stakeholder, walk them through the "so what," and watch the plan change because of something you found. That's the job. We're growing our Business Intelligence team, and we're looking for someone to help us report on and make sense of some of the largest workforce and talent programmes around. This isn't a role where you build a dashboard and move on we want someone who reads the trend behind the numbers, challenges assumptions, and helps our stakeholders actually use what you find.
