In this senior role, you will lead global enterprise clients through the full implementation, integration, and optimisation lifecycle of their Learning (LMS), Talent, Performance, Succession, and Compensation technologies. You will design analytics solutions, build sophisticated dashboards, and act as a trusted technical adviser recommending complementary tools that elevate the client's overall HR technology landscape., * Lead collaboration with implementation teams and client stakeholders to define goals, measurable outcomes, and a clear technology roadmap, bringing senior-level insight and challenge to shape client strategy. * Document business processes and technical architectures, identify functional and integration gaps, and design comprehensive technical solutions that drive operational efficiency and platform value. * Configure, customise, and enhance system functionality to ensure seamless deployment, successful go-live, and continuous optimisation of client applications at scale. * Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and accessibly across diverse audiences, from end users to C-suite sponsors.
