## About the Role

* 4-8 years commercial experience shipping production systems at scale
 * Led or owned a significant component, pod, or feature line - responsible for delivery, not just execution
 * Two or more of: startup experience, consulting/client-focused background, AI/ML systems delivery, financial services domain
 * Senior mindset: can move fast, can wear multiple hats, has good taste in technical decisions
 * Production focus: real systems, real reliability, real impact

Nice to have: Python, FastAPI, React, agentic workflows, RAG, document intelligence. But we care more about what you've shipped than the languages.

We value:

 * Engineers who ship production systems and own their reliability
 * Understanding of client workflows and the ability to design for them
 * Pattern recognition (bespoke problem * reusable platform solution)

## Description

Infused Solutions has partnered with a growth-stage FinTech providing intelligent automation and decision support systems for finance teams. We're hiring Software Engineers to own end-to-end delivery of production AI platforms.

You'll be responsible for significant components - from architecture through shipping, monitoring, and iteration based on real client feedback.
