The IT Service Management Process Architect supports the development of this framework by bringing together processes, capabilities, tooling, data and governance forums through clear architectural models, showing how they fit together across the service value chain. Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, you will help show how the framework supports end-to-end performance, key measures and service outcomes.
