 * Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred

## Description

Vargos Digital Communications & Business Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Technology Manager to lead marketing technology, automation, CRM, customer data, and digital campaign platforms.

The successful candidate will work across marketing, technology, data, and customer teams to improve marketing operations, automate customer journeys, and deliver measurable improvements in campaign performance and customer engagement., * Lead the company's marketing technology and MarTech strategy

 * Manage CRM, marketing automation, email, analytics, and customer engagement platforms
 * Develop automated customer journeys, campaigns, workflows, and audience segmentation
 * Coordinate integrations between marketing, CRM, website, data, and business systems
 * Improve lead generation, conversion, personalisation, and customer lifecycle programmes
 * Monitor campaign performance, customer data, attribution, and marketing KPIs
 * Support implementation and optimisation of new marketing technologies
 * Manage technology vendors, agencies, platforms, and implementation partners
 * Work with marketing, digital, sales, technology, and customer-service teams
 * Support data governance, privacy, platform security, and marketing compliance
