## About the Role

This is a busy role that requires you to problem solve, prioritise, and think on your feet. You will need to organise yourself and the work of your team to ensure continued delivery of business priorities., * In staff management and motivation of others.

 * Of communicating change or raising awareness of a particular issues with internal and external stakeholders.

We require someone that:

 * Has sound analytical skills and good judgement to inform their decisions.
 * Is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and has the ability to learn in-house packages quickly.
