Based primarily at Sherborne Girls School, this part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and future development of the Sherborne Schools Group. The successful candidate will combine strong organisational and analytical skills with a passion for building relationships and delivering impactful fundraising initiatives., * Experience in fundraising, database administration, alumni relations, or a similar role.

 * Strong database and data management skills with excellent attention to detail.
 * Ability to analyse data and produce clear reports.
 * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
 * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
 * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
 * A proactive, collaborative, and flexible approach.

Desirable

 * Experience using Raiser's Edge or a similar CRM system.
 * Knowledge of individual giving, donor stewardship, or fundraising campaigns.
 * Experience of Gift Aid administration.
 * Experience within the education, charity, or not-for-profit sec

## Description

Sherborne Schools Group is seeking a proactive and creative Regular Giving and Database Officer to help grow philanthropic support across our schools. Working closely with the Group Development Director, you will play a key role in developing regular giving programmes, engaging alumni and parents, and ensuring the effective management of donor data., * Develop and deliver regular giving campaigns and appeals for alumni, parents, and supporters.

 * Support the planning and delivery of Giving Days and biennial telethons.
 * Build and develop the Group's legacy giving programme and donor stewardship activities.
 * Act as the Development Team's lead user for Raiser's Edge, ensuring accurate and effective database management.
 * Produce reports and insights to support fundraising activity and decision-making.
 * Manage gift administration processes, including donation reconciliation and Gift Aid claims.
 * Ensure fundraising activities comply with GDPR and fundraising best practice.
 * Support fundraising, alumni engagement events, and wider Development Office activities across the Group.
