## About the Role

* Minimum 2 years' experience supporting internal IT users, remote and deskside
 * Experience with office moves/relocations
 * Strong technical knowledge of Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows 10, and PC/server hardware (including mounting and racking)
 * Clear communicator, confident working at all levels
 * Good time management and prioritisation skills

Nice to have

 * ITIL Foundation
 * MCITP: Server Administrator or MCSE: Windows Server
 * MCSA
 * CCNA

## Description

We're hiring a 2nd Line Support Technician to join a Service Delivery Team, based on-site at a client office in Woking, Surrey. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems and delivering a consistently excellent customer experience.

What you'll be doing

 * First point of contact for technical service requests, providing remote and deskside support
 * Logging and managing support tickets through their full lifecycle
 * Escalating and resolving more complex issues
 * Managing workload to meet client SLAs and KPIs
 * Owning incidents, requests, and change requests end to end
