## Description

* Planung, Auslegung und Projektierung von Anlagen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär, ggf. Elektrotechnik)
 * Erstellung von technischen Konzepten und Berechnungen im Bereich TGA und von Leistungsverzeichnissen sowie Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeunterlagen
 * Durchführung von von Bauüberwachungen und Abnahmen sowie Preisverhandlungen und Mitwirkung bei den Nachtragsverhandlungen
 * Beauftragung und Überwachung externer Fachingenieur:innen
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminvorgaben
