## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master oder vergleichbar) der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Consulting oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Projekt-, Programm- oder Transformationsumfeld
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Projekt- und Programmsteuerung, Governance-Strukturen, Reporting- und KPI-Management sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen PM- und Reporting-Tools (z. B. MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI)
 * Erfahrung in mindestens einem der Bereiche Portfolio- und Investitionssteuerung, Ressourcen- und Workforce-Management oder Turnaround-/Recovery-Projekten
 * Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, hohe Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz, sowie idealerweise Projektmanagement- oder agile Zertifizierungen (z. B. PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum, SAFe), sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Du unterstützt unsere Mandant*innen bei der Steuerung komplexer Programme und Projekte und sorgst durch robuste Governance-, Reporting- und KPI-Strukturen für Transparenz und fundierte Entscheidungen.
 * Du bringst deine Expertise in der strategischen Portfolio-, Investitions-, Ressourcen- und Kapazitätssteuerung ein und schaffst klare Prioritäten sowie belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
 * Im Rahmen von Transformations- und Programmvorhaben übernimmst du Aufgaben im PMO, Stakeholder- und Entscheidungsmanagement und unterstützt die Stabilisierung sowie Neuausrichtung kritischer Projekte.
 * Du begleitest die Auswahl, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Systemen und Tools zur Steuerung von Projekten, Programmen und Portfolios.
 * Als (Senior) Consultant / Manager*in übernimmst du fachliche Verantwortung für (Junior-) Consultants, förderst deren Weiterentwicklung und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Methoden und Beratungsansätze mit.
