## About the Role

* Du nutzt deine mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Controlling, um fundierte Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen zu liefern - insbesondere im Umfeld größerer Mittelständler und Konzerne
 * Du arbeitest sicher mit SAP FI/CO und setzt das System gezielt für deine Aufgaben im Controlling ein
 * Du übernimmst Verantwortung im Monatsabschluss und Reporting - dabei stellst du sicher, dass die relevanten KPIs verlässlich und termingerecht vorliegen
 * Du wirkst aktiv in Controlling-Projekten mit - insbesondere in Transformationsvorhaben rund um SAP - und bringst deine fachliche Expertise ein
 * Du analysierst komplexe Daten in Microsoft Excel und bereitest sie in PowerPoint adressatengerecht für verschiedene Zielgruppen auf
 * Du setzt moderne BI-Tools wie SAC oder PowerBI ein - oder entwickelst dich proaktiv in diesem Bereich weiter, um innovative Lösungen zu schaffen, * Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Controlling - idealerweise im größeren Mittelstand oder Konzernumfeld
 * Du verfügst über gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP FI/CO
 * Du hast Erfahrung im Monatsabschluss und Reporting - du weißt, worauf es ankommt
 * Du hast Projekterfahrung und hast bereits an Controlling-Projekten mitgewirkt - gerne SAP Transformationsprojekte
 * Du besitzt sehr gute Microsoft Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse - du kannst Daten nicht nur analysieren, sondern auch verständlich aufbereiten
 * Du hast Erfahrung mit BI-Systemen (z.B. SAC, PowerBI) oder KI-gestützten Lösungen - oder die Bereitschaft, dich hier weiterzuentwickeln
 * Du bist bereit, für projektbezogene Kundeneinsätze zu reisen (ca. 50 %)
 * Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
