## About the Role

Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Sonoma Valley Community Health Center is seeking a part-time Desktop Support Technician with at least one year of IT experience to support a fast-paced health center., * High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or post-secondary education preferred.

 * Basic knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and troubleshooting.
 * Strong customer service and communication skills.
 * Ability and willingness to learn and support new systems, including the EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR).
 * Organized, dependable, and detail oriented.

Preferred:

 * 1+ year of IT support or help desk experience.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
 * Experience in healthcare setting, working in EHR system., * IT support: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

 * Spanish (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

 * Sonoma, CA 95476 (Required)

## Description

* Assist with login and basic technical issues in Windows applications.
 * Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
 * Assist with device setup for new and existing employees.
 * Keep IT equipment organized and accounted for.
 * Support IT projects that enhance operational efficiency.
