Preferred Qualifications * Relevant coursework in IT, networking, or computer science * Industry certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.). * Prior customer service experience. * Familiarity with RMM tools, ticketing systems, and remote support platforms., * IT support: 3 years (Required) * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) ## Description Enetics Networks is seeking a skilled, customer-focused Associate Systems/Network Administrator who enjoys solving deeper technical issues, communicating with customers and comfortable handling Tier 1 support when needed. This hybrid role is typical of a small Managed Service Provider.
