## Description

Experteer Overview In this ITSM Change Management Analyst role, you drive the integration of IT services into customer environments by aligning with core ITIL processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed changes, manage risk, and report progress to senior leadership. You'll facilitate CAB activities, post-implementation reviews, and ensure transparent communication about scope, impact, and costs. This role offers impact on mission-critical IT services and opportunities to shape change governance through ServiceNow and project artifacts.
